30 days, any reason

You may return any comic for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number before sending anything back and we will reply within 1 business day with a return address. Books must come back in the condition they were sent, boarded and bagged in a rigid mailer. If a book arrived materially different from its description or photographs, or was damaged in transit, we pay return postage and refund the purchase price plus the shipping you paid. For any other reason, including change of mind, the buyer pays return postage and we refund the purchase price of the comic. There is no restocking fee. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe within 2 business days of the return arriving; banks typically post them within 5-10 days.

About grading

Every book is raw, ungraded, photographed individually and graded by hand against the scale on our policies page. The photographs are the description. If the grade looks wrong once the book is in your hands, that counts as "materially different" and we pay the return postage.
